    Nestled beside bushland, with ample parking on a quiet residential street, in-person appointments offer the full experience and are recommended if you are in the Ipswich or Brisbane region. We are located 300m from the nearest bus stop.

    Outside the Brisbane/Ipswich region, tight for time, or you simply prefer consultations from the comfort of your own home? No worries! Our telehealth appointments allow for Australia-wide consultations with the click of a button.

  • Flower Essences

    Flower essences are a gentle form of energetic medicine. Based on the concept that every flower has a unique energetic resonance, flower essences are the encapsulation of this energy, and can promote healing at a deeper level. Flower essences can help to shift stuck emotions or patterns that could be holding you back. This is an extremely safe form of therapy and can be part of a larger treatment plan and prescription or offered on its own.

  • Iridology

    Did you know that your iris can tells us a lot about your body and health? From the colour, to the different lines and dots, to the size of your pupil, a great deal can be deciphered. Although not used as a singular diagnostic tool, the study of the iris, Iridology, is another tool within our broad toolbox to help paint a detailed health picture. A face-to-face appointment is needed for Iridology to enable a high-quality image of the iris for assessment.

  • Physical Testing

    The body can tell us a lot from the outside. Analysis of blood pressure, the tongue, eyes, nails and skin are a normal part of a Naturopathic consultation. Should further investigations be warranted, we have a huge variety of pathology tests at our fingertips to help gain a deeper understanding of your situation.

*A complex consultation might be for you if you have 2 or more complex diagnosed conditions or a complicated health history. These appointments offer extra time to allow for further questioning and test result analysis that might be needed for your individual case.

**An acute consultation is a short appointment for an acute situation, such as a viral infection (such as a cold), that you want treated in isolation. These appointments are comparably short and are designed for natural symptom management, with little focus on the cause or health history. It is recommended to return once you are feeling better for a complete initial appointment (if you are a new patient) so we can address and treat the underlying cause.
